Total War: MEDIEVAL II - Definitive Edition. Stainless Steel Crashes on launch. Ive managed to install the mod, however when i try to launch the mod it comes up with a loading screen then crashes to desktop. Ive tried using a LAA (dunno if i used it correctly) and looked twcentre forum posts and steam discussions. None have worked.

Medieval Total War (Vanilla, Viking Invasion, Gold) For the improved STEAM version which has been fixed to work on Windows 10 with HD resolutions, etc. The STEAM game version is 2.01 PE.
You probably want to hire diplomats, and then move them to a province with a different faction's unit or city in it - then you click and drag the diplomat onto the city or army of another faction and conduct diplomacy. Yes, there is a way to unlock them on the early startingage as well. If you go into this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War Medieval 1 Gold\campmap\startpos. And open the textfile that sais Early. While in there do a search for the word "MINOR". Then you you will come to a place in the text which is named Active
